When you shop at HoopThing you are purchasing a limited production work of art. All of the earrings on HoopThing are created by our featured artisans in small studio settings in the United States. Many of the individual elements are fabricated by hand, and all our items are hand finished, therefore subtle variations in detail and finish will occur. Shipping

Effective July 1, 2010

We are pleased to offer fully insured Priority USPS delivery for a flat rate of $10 per order. In stock items usually ship within 1 business day, and we estimate that your order will be received in 2-5 business days.

We can often provide expedited shipping for an additional charge, call or email us for more information.

All of our shipments require signature at the time of delivery. If you are not at the specified location when the delivery attempt is made you can pick up the package at the designated USPS office or call the USPS to arrange a second delivery attempt.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Returns

If you are not happy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt.

To return an item please call 1-888-798-2186 (M-F, 9am-5pm pst) for a Return Authorization number before shipping. Write this number on the outside of the shipping box you are using and also on the return form you include in the box. Please include the reason for your return so we can learn how to service you better. Items without an R.A. number will not be accepted.

The item must be shipped to HoopThing in the original packaging and in pristine condition. The shipment must be prepaid via USPS Registered Mail, insured for total value of the contents. Request a Return Receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. You will be credited for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. Special order items are not returnable. HoopThing will not accept delivery of returns that are uninsured, packaged improperly, or do not have a Return Authorization number.

Sales Tax

We only charge taxes on orders shipped within California. You are responsible for complying with any laws in your own state regarding taxes.

Order Status

You will receive email notifications to help track your order through every step. When your order ships you will receive a USPS tracking number that you can enter at www.usps.com to track your package to it's destination.
